Chief Executive Officer:
Rhonda Duharte

Rhonda was the former CEO of Supported Housing for four years prior to the formation of STAR Tasmania.
Rhonda has an Advanced Diploma in Community Service Sector, is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Graduate Certificate of Management (UTAS) and is completing the Master of Business Administration on a part-time basis.
Rhonda has extensive experience within the disability industry and has worked across both the government and private sector.
Rhonda has worked within Service Coordination, coordinated the Respite Services for the Southern Region (Disability Services) and worked in a senior position within another not for profit organisation.
Human Resource Manager:
Robert Blackwell

Robert has worked extensively throughout the disability sector across government and non government. The Operations Manager of Supported Housing prior to merging, Robert also worked in senior positions including respite and other not for profit organisations.
As Human Resource Manager, Robert is responsible for the direct supervision of the Service Support Team. He is responsible for the development and implementation of effective human resources frameworks, policies and procedures for the organisation and for the coordination of staff training.
Program Manager:
Lena Mitchell
Lena has extensive experience within the Disability industry (Government – Southern Region) working within Respite, Case Management, Coordinator Service Coordination and Case Manager Complex Care across Disability, Child, Youth and Family Services.
Lena has and Advanced Certificate in Developmental Disability, Diploma of Disability Services Manager and a certificate in Advanced Case Management and Service Delivery through RMIT in Melbourne.
Respite Program Manager:
Darryleen Wiggins
Darryleen has extensive experience in the Tasmanian Disability Industry working in both government and non-government positions since 1986.
Darryleen has a Bachelor of Social Science in Habilitation, is a qualified Enrolled Nurse (medication endorsed) and has an Advanced Diploma in Business Management and Human Resources.
Prior to commencing her employment with STAR, Darryleen worked for nine years managing a not-for-profit community accommodation support organisation.
